I have lived here for one year. We have made 5 maintenance requests. Only one was responded to but was not resolved. There is no parking. I live in a 3 bedroom unit and have been assigned one parking spot. For other parking you need to go for a hike which can be a challenge with children or groceries. There is zero water pressure and when maintenance was asked about this, they say there is nothing they can do. It takes about 10 minutes of wasted water, just to heat the shower. We have two bathtubs and cannot fill a bathtub unless you have about 38 minutes to wait and want to take a cold bath.

Graffiti is not removed and is all over the complex including the playground.

The playground is filled with kids who cuss, figtht, and have no parental supervision and management does not do anything when they are informed of this. Do not park your car near the playground or your vehicle will be destroyed with rocks which are thrown or irrigation heads which are turned around by these kids. Children play ball against the building walls and windows.

The security does not exist. They do not acknowledge the playground curfiew and will allow teenagers to party, drink, and cause a riot at all hours of the night.

The property is filthy. Hallways are discusting and embarrassing for company. Paint is missing from the exterior walls. Pigeons will poop on your vehicle in the carport and none of it is cleaned off the asphalt by maintenance staff. The swimming pool is not heated and there is trash all over the property.

Then to top it off, the management has the biggest attitude ever known. They are not profession and do not treat their paying tenents with any sort of respect. My lease is up next month and they have the audacity to send a letter with $400 increase to stay month-to-month at a cost of $2,300. There are HOMES, not apartments for the same size which are much better for a reasonable $1700.

This is the worst living experience I have ever had and would not recommend this complex to anyone. Stay away! Especially from the Leasing Manager, ----. What a joke!
