This ain't a bad area, it's family oriented. But if you have anything that makes you to deal with the manager here, her name's ---- btw, then you'll hate living here right off the bat. The last time I went for a move-in request (although i've already moved in under my friend's name), not only did she gave me faces but to put me in a inclosed office, sat me there, closed the door and have me wait for her to go to the store and buy a drink. She also threatens your rights to live here if you can't do what she told at the moment. What kind of service is that' I've also heard other tennant mentioned that they ignore your maintenence requests long before they actually come to you.
