I have lived at Waterstone since January of 2008 and have always received the best customer service and friendly attitudes while in the front office from when I first toured up until my move-in and still to this day. I have only had to put in 2 service tickets since I lived here for my air filter (becuase it was a year old) and a burned out light bulb and maintenance was there the next day, and were very friendly on both encounters. The management company did change during the summer of 2008 but things have only improved since. I plan on staying here for many years to come. Don't take my review or any other posted on this site into consideration until you come see for yourself. This property is best in Moorpark, and in my opinion the best you will find in Ventura County. =)
