Not bad for the Price - We've been here for over a year now. We got a move-in rate of 1075 for a 2 bedroom apartment, and after 6 months, the rent went up to 1275. Three murders since December!!! There have been three murders in the complex since December 2007. There are always people complaining in the office for good reason. Management says something and does something else. Water is cut off for "emergency repairs" about three times a week any time

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This place is god awful - ran horribly, nothing gets fixed. Trash everywhere - loud neighbors, drug dealers - absolutely horrible. I never felt safe there - Thank goodness I am moving out.

Fountains In The Hood !!!! Don't Rent Here This place is a camouflaged ghetto that hrbors illegals. The majority of the residenst don't have the common courtesy to respect their neighbors. It's always Noisy with Trash everywhere. Kids are playing in the parking lot without supervison.
