Not bad for the Price - We've been here for over a year now. We got a move-in rate of 1075 for a 2 bedroom apartment, and after 6 months, the rent went up to 1275. I know they charge for painting if you stay less than a year. The Apartment's not huge, but with 3 of us, we've never had a space issue. there are closets everywhere. poorly designed i guess. Lived Here!!! STAY AWAY!!! Its all roses at first. If you have a problem, expect it to be your fault. If you need something fix expect to wait a few days...more than 4 days if your lucky. Kids running around yelling and screaming. You will not get any of your deposit back so dont count on it.

Three murders since December!!! There have been three murders in the complex since December 2007. There are always people complaining in the office for good reason. Management says something and does something else. Water is cut off for "emergency repairs" about three times a week any time
