Beautiful apartments - I live at the Ponderosa and love it. The apartments are very large and the complex is quiet. There are many people who have lived here for 10 years and that doesn't happen unless it's a great place to live. A while back my garbage disposal broke and it was fixed the same day. Beautiful apartments - I live at the Ponderosa and love it. The apartments are very large and the complex is quiet. Would not recommend Recently went to leave a message for the managers and found out they were gone. Rumor has it due to the vacant units however it is only rumor. If that is the reason, that is too bad. We've deiced to vacate as well. Lots of things wrong here that do not seem to be kept up.

DON´T GO THERE!!!!! This is a very ´tricky´ place here!!!! Do not even fall for the hype!!! You move in and the place is filthy, carpets smell moldy, under sink are wet all the time, water leaking in bathrooms under floor & in walls. Nothing is done & this is the way you move in.
