BEWARE!! Hell on earth! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Never again. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this community. The smell of weed seeps through the air daily while children are outside playing. Oh yeah, and these children...just great! If you want someone to teach your child how to cuss you out better than a grown man, then these are the kids for you. Oh yeah, not to mention the weekly visits from the police department. There is always some "foul play" going on here. So don't let them get you with that security patrol nonsense. Yeah there is always a security car parked outside, probably just for looks. I never see anyone patroling anything. My cousin had his car broken in to and he was parked right in front of the building!! I have lived here a year and unfortunately my son was never allowed to play outside. As far as the apartment itself, if you don't mind roaches, then you'll be ok. Exterminator came out 3 times...and we still had visitors! Hope you don't need central air/heat cuz you'll be freezing in the winter and burning up in the Summer. Everything is very low budget, so it will begin to fall apart as soon as you get settled in good. The linoleum floors add a great touch too. Now let's get to the office. Please ignore the office hourse posted on the door. They will be open when they feel like being there. Do work' Yeah when it's convenient. Problems will rarely be solved. Oh yeah, and you can expect to see notices on your door every month saying you haven't paid your rent...EVEN IF YOU DID! They misplaced my rent 3 times!! This last time they even put a noticed on my door after they signed my rent receipt! That was very organized of them. Would you trust giving these people $1000 a month' And they have the audasity to raise the rent. But I guess they have to in order to cover the amount of rent they have lost over the years! Move-in at your own risk!
