I have lived here for over a year and I can tell you that I have not much enjoyed my stay. For one thing, it looks fairly decent at by the office section. But as you go further back, the property goes downhill from there. My car was broken into twice because I lived next too the wall that seperates to another property (also $100 cheaper and much nicer then here). I often times went to get my mail and since the appartment managers office is next to the mail room, I could often hear rude remarks about the tenants coming from the staff. There was never a dull moment to where my water would be shut off for repairs, the staff would make mistakes on my paperwork, or just the sheer sound of somebodys loud rap music as they drove by, people fighting in the parking lot, people haning out on the stairs in groups or hoodrats running around and putting stuff under your tire as you back out to go too work.........btw, half the people here dont seem to work. If you get a 1 bedroom, you get 1 parking space, which means the others are a free for all and on weekends.....good luck finding a place too park. The balcony has wood that chips apart very easily and sometimes has termites. You also get 1980s appliances, capinets that scratch easy and an open (no shower curtain) bath/shower combo. There are little kids often playing in the street that jump out in front of you out of nowhere. Whenever I pay my rent, I get this girl who wears too much makeup and has this high pitched voice and giggles with a "I am faking this" attitude that is so fake that you just want too scream at her........then she goes in the back office and makes some sort of rude comment about you or somebody else in the complex......because I always go get my mail when I pay my rent and you hear it through the thin metal cover that seperates the office from the mailroom. If you have the money too pay this kind of rent, look for a better place..........its almost like WATTs here, only you pay the price of Beverly Hills.
