i lived there for 2 years and in 2 different locations. i enjoyed both the 2 bedroom and the 1 bedroom floorplan but the amount of people in and out took some getting used too.

yes, there is an extremely high turnover rate here. The reason for this is that the property managers get a commision on new tenets renting apartments. By keeping a revolving door on tenets they are able to keep the rents high and thus continue to reap the rewards of commisions.
