Decent appartments, a little pricey, and A LOT OF LITTLE KIDS. Drive in this complex around 2 or 3 in the afternoon and its like driving in a playground with kids in the street comeing out of nowhere. If you have a nice car, it won't be that way for long. Beggers are everywhere here always asking for money, bums digging in the trash and even the kids like to play in the trash. Drive in here at night and its a whole different story. Strange people walking by, fights, and often you can hear people resolving thier domestic disputes. There are always cops in the complex and management is selective on who they bother. However the Maintence staff is awesom and very quick to fix problems. The office staff are not the most friendly, Tifany for one is one of those people who fake their attitude in an obvious and almost insulting way. I would not recomend these appartments but they are not too bad if you can put up with Gangs, overpriced units, and little kids and teenagers who walk in the complex taking up half the road and don't have the common decentsy too move out of your way or just walk in front of you like thier parents trained them to get hit by cars so you can get sued. There are also illegal vendors selling taco's and whatever else you want.

I think the employees with El Dorado point located at Moreno valley CA are very irresponsible! I think they should all be replaced! Also these apartments are very dirty they need new maintenance And have to many gangs affiliated people living at this location!
