Management suck at this apartment complex. When I lived there my apartment burned no fault of mine. One of the many hoodlums living their though a molotove cocktail on my balcony causing it to burn. Instead of management relocating me they gave me my deposit back and said they hope that helps. They said they did not have any vacacies. They stoped my mail, they wanted their key & my things out asap. I still live in the area and every time I pass by I see a large banner offering specials for new leases. El Dorado Pointe you suck.
