I moved here recently, with an eviction on my record and some problem credit. True this place is not everything I had wished it would be especially considering the models I saw. (Quite a bit nicer than my apartment.) But, this place is nice with a resonable rent for the current market. Has many extras to offer such as washer and dryer hook-ups in every unit, laundry facilities, extra storage, 2 pools, 2 spas, a small weight room, sauna, tennis court and playground. Yes, there are tons of kids here and it can get a little noisy but isn't that to be expected in an apartment complex. The maintnance isn't the greatest. The office staff seems a little overworked at times but are very polite, helpful, and understanding (especially when I had to make arangements to pay my rent a little late). Considering the area, the income and age of most tenants, the amenities, and the rent I must say I am very satisfied with El Dorado Pointe Apartments and would recomend it to others.
