I have lived here for about 2 years and i've had 3 different managers. The new one that we have are talking ---- about the ones we had before. The one before were very friendly and now we have a new group of people in the office. The assistant or whatever she is has a BIG attitude problem. I went in there to pay my rent and she got even bitchier when i asked her for a rent reciept. The trash cans are always filled up and theirs trash all over the floor and nobody cares. It's very discusting! Oh and if you have children, well.... you can't take them to the play area because there is tagging all over it. There are so many childen in these apartments that are not supervised, not to metion the teenagers that walk in the middle of the road and will not move. There are also way too many fights going on and a so called gang that steals from people. So i am telling you from a residents point of view. Do not waste your time and money in these apartments. They will most likely have a new management team by the end of the year if they make it that long!
