Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Rude and childish office staff and shady maintenance personnel. Paper thin walls and overpriced units with shared hot water that changes from ice cold to scalding hot and then back again. Look elsewhere, I broke lease and found a much better place for cheaper.
