I have lived here for almost two years, and I do not recommend it at all. At first it was okay, even if it was a little old and it took maintenance forever to fix things. To be fair, management works very hard to make it nice place to live. However, the neighborhood is terrible. I have seen residents throw their garbage in the middle of the road because they are too lazy to walk a few yards to the garbage bin. One of the guys downstairs is a pothead. They trashed the pool and the Health Department closed it down for a while.
The noise level is also very high. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors snoring and coughing. You can also hear people and their music-- even when the windows are closed. Sometime's my neighbor's pot smoke manages to filter in as well. In the last couple months I have had to make several complaints about the people living below me. They blare their tv and stereos so loud my floor vibrates 24/7. Management sent a couple of letters but that hasn't made them be quiet in the middle of the night.
