I've lived at Highland Meadows for almost 3 years now and I don't see how people say its not a good community. Yes they are a bit older but they do a very good job at keeping up with the property. Like I said before I've lived here for almost 3 years and I've NEVER seen a single roach in my apartment. Some people may either not report the problem or are DIRTY! One thing is for sure, the ants are a nightmare. They do go anywhere they can get in to and it can be annoying. But once I report it to the office, the girls did everything they possibly can to get the problem solved. I even had one of the maintenance guys go out of his way to spray with something I could of sprayed just to make me happy. And although it had to take the pest control tech about 2 different times to get rid of them, that's not really anyone's fault. It does have its goods and its bads. But I love where I live and for what I pay its the best there is out there. The girls are not rude at all. They are always eager to help. I think some peoples expectations are just way to high well I suggest you go pay the price if you really don't like it and not exaggerate the truth. And about people car being shot, I've never heard of that before. Then again we are on a busy street so for all we know it couldn't of been a random thing. Its not a perfect community but it is a community I love to call home.

So your saying non random shootings are the norm? Wow...You must be one of the weed smokers. yes its a good place if you dont have kids and want to smoke weed in public. Check this place with the better business bureau before you make a BIG MISTAKE

Oh you must be the office favorite? Yes they keep up the grounds outside perfectly, but not the inside of the apartments it needs work badly!!! The office cares about money$$$$$ not about the tenants!!!!

Oh my goodness do you seriously live in the same place as everyone else who has lived in this hell? Because I had a upfront apartment and all I would smell is pot! All I ever had was issues with the office, all I ever herd was cars coming it at all hours with blaring music. You seriously must live in a lil fantasy world with the office. You & Highland Meadows deserve each other!
