Ive been living here for over two years. not by choice but because of circumstances and im glad to be saying that i am finally able to move out. let me tell you how bad this place is. as im sitting here writing this review THERE ARE ANTS ALL OVER THE PLACE! and i know most people would say oh call maintenance. MAINTENANCE IS LOWSY!! the manager is ok. she rarely takes the time to get involved with anything. the assistant manager myra is a -----. the only descent people still working there are Eli and Keisha. they actually take the time to listen to the complaints of the tenants. BEWARE OF MAINTENANCE. make sure that all your valuables are put away if they are coming to do any work inside your apartment. OH AND I ALMOST FORGOT. THEY ALLOW ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE TO OCCUPY THEIR APARTMENTS! a tenant moved in and that night one of their many loud guests broke a window. about a week later we heard people banging on their door. it was about 1 am and low and behold it was the police forcing their way in because they refused to open the door. about 3 weeks later theres an orange sticker on their window that say no trespassing. a couple tenants with smaller children moved out after that incident. NIGHT PATROL IS USELESS! they have a way of getting their information wrong and bothering the wrong people. THEY CAME BANGING AT MY DOOR AT MIDNIGHT ONE NIGHT BECAUSE THEY SAID NEIGHBORS HAD BEEN COMPLAINING OF SOMEONE BLARING THEIR SOUNDSYSTEM. GET THIS! I DONT EVEN OWN A RADIO, LET ALONE A SOUND SYSTEM. SO INSTEAD OF SECURITY BEING CIVILIZED THEY DECIDED TO THREATEN US WITH EVICTION. AND THEN THEY LEFT WHEN WE SAID WE WERE GOING TO CALL THE COPS...WOW!
BOTTOM LINE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID BY MOVING HERE!
