I just moved out of Highland Meadows. From day 1 we had nothing but problems the Heating/Air unit never properly worked, Office management was horrible and rude except for 1 girl. We had so many issues we had to get the district manager involved who finally felt horrible and let us out of our lease, after the second attempt to rectify the situation since we moved in. If you like the ghetto then be my guest you'll be living with cars coming in all hours of the day and night with loud music, the gate never works anymore and they claim it's one of their great things it's a safe "gated community" except for the fact the gate never works! Club Houses TV's got stolen, all the back apartments get broken into, dumpsters been set on fire, tagging on garbage areas, Dogs running free and pooping everywhere, and they have a 25lb limit on dogs and they don't in force it, and then charge only certain people pet deposits and not others, basically living on an aunt hill and they do nothing to fix it even terminx can't keep them out! On the cover they look great, but don't be fooled! You will regret moving in I guarantee it!
