Our lease is up in Feb. and it hasn't been too. Yes the walls are very thin and my walls do vibrate because of the neighbors that are on the OPPOSITE side of the building.. You would think people living in the upstairs apartmens would be considerate and maybe NOT do bike tricks in their living room, but hey you can dream right!'

The outside is very nicely kept, with landscapers that come EVERY Tuesday all day long. They also have pest control that comes out every Friday, and if you want them to spary inside your unit, you let them know by Thursday and they will do it for you. We had ant problems twice and it wasn't an infestation, we were able to spray ourselves and it was fixed. They do have a bad wasp problem, so be careful when you're walking your dog because they hide all over in the grass!

The hot tubs were broken for the first 4months and the pools were being "redone" so they were not useable either. They also failed to tell us that you had to have a completely different key to get into the pool, fitness center, as was as the gate to get into the complex if you are walking.. They didn't give us those keys upon move in, and we had to find out the hard way, and had to ASK for the keys we had paid for when we moved it! wtf'!

It is pretty cramped for space, and not too much storage space. I have my own refrigerator, but my neighbor (the only DECENT one) is renting a refrigerator and has nothing but problems with it! She came home one day after work, went to get a glass of cold juice, just to find out it was HOT and all the food in it was ruined, and it quits working off and on... They "fix" it, but it still goes in and out. Oh, and they dont think they have another one they can replace it with! They dont think''

The office girls aren't that great, but they aren't aweful. They do care WAY too much about the way they look, rather than they way their property units and amen. are.

Their kitchen cupboards are AWEFUL! They are so old and rundown, the drawers don't slide open easily at ALL!!! They said they can't afford to replace the cupboards in the units because it is too expensive.. Well we do pay $775 for a dinky 1x1, so they do have money!!!

Parking is fine. We don't have to pay extra for covered parking. I don't know if that is a change, but we've never been told about those fees for parking there!

It seems your rating for the complex is WAY too high considering the numerous problems you list in your review. This can be misleading.

Well parking is fine never had a problem, grounds are kept, maintenance does fix the problems you have and they are frendly. Those are the pros. Unfortunately you can't pick who your neighbors are, and the office girls tend to be a bit snobby, but they do their job. We have never been blown off. Something I did find out after I wrote this, they do not have security out here anymore! I just wanted to state my experience of this place. The worst thing about it, is the tenants. They are rude and inconsiderate. Your choice! :)
