I am definetely moving to a better community! There has been burglaries into apartments and cars recently. Management's attitude is deceptive, rude, lacking in customer service skills and is not professional. The apartments are constantly having many maintanence problems which require several return visits from staff.

Please contact Property Manager to discuss concerns. I recently returned from Maternity Leave and would like the opportunity to hear why you are not happy. I am available Monday- Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Courtesy Patrol Hours have been extended to assist with city wide crime and we are promoting residnet retention programs monthly with our local Police Dept.

Yes, apts and cars are broken into here... the area is not... how shall I say it? well, it's not exactly upper-middle or even middle class, it's full of uneducated people(check out comparison stats yourself on-line) and full of ex-cons. I might sound like a snob, but if that is the case I am a snob who knows the facts. So, basically, move anywhere in mo-val and you will get more of the same or worse. The complex is beautifully landscaped and the apartments are nice for the price. I disagree with your comments about the office staff and the maintenance.
