I have lived here for almost 2 years, and I wish I had moved when my lease was up after one year. They have changed management several times, and while some staff members are great, others are completely useless.

My sister had a chair thrown at her while in the pool (unprovoked), as the guy was mad, when I called security they informed me they could take a message and get back to me later, I called the police instead. I have called security on several occassions and been told no one is on duty, but we'll take a message.

My upstairs neighbors sound like elephants, and play music at 4:00 am very loudly. I am also able to hear every fight, every time they beat their child, and everytime they have adult relations.

Kids in the property are completely out of control, ding dong ditch, fight, vandalize everything, and if you complain, you are told, "well we can't do anything about it, we can't just write letters to every family with children" YET they constantly write letters to every pet owner, even the ones that clean up after their kids.

Armed robberies are common here, as a deputy sherrif informed me that while it is one of the better communities, at least 80% of the residents are on parol.

Wow I have lived here 3 years and the only problem which you listed that I have experienced is the loud music at all hours... oh, and certain areas of the complex tend to smell a bit like pot.
