This apartment looks good on the outside but isn't as nice once you move in. We moved in March 07 and were told a spa would be built by summer, we moved out March 08 and spa still wasn't built. We had to call on two occasions to have things fixed and both times we called several days before someone came. The first was our washer, we were stuck unable to use it for 5 days. The second was a leaking ceiling in the bathroom, with this they came to fix it but we were told they'd be back the next day to finish and we couldn't use the shower until it was fixed...two days later they came to finish and that was after we had to make a reminder call. And hope you don't have loud people above you if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. We had a family above us with a young kid and this kid would run around all hours of the night. WE called to make a complaint since we worked at 5am and couldn't sleep due to the loud noise from the running around and they didn't do anything. The problem wasn't solved until we went upstairs and talked to our neighbors. When you move out make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. We moved out 2 months ago and got a bill from collections saying we owed the apartment $296 and we never received a bill from the apartment. I called the apartment and requested a statement several times and we are still waiting for that statement. The office staff doesn't know anything and the management is just as bad. They don't return calls or messages and are impossible to get a hold of even during business hours. The apartment itself is nice so if you do decide to move here you'll be happy as long as you never have to deal with the office staff and things don't need to be repaired.
