I love The Reserves. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are well kept. For a while, there was trash issue, but once that was brought up to the Manager, she took care of it right away. That's another reason i love it here. The office staff, especially Cecilia and Colleen, they are awesome. Cecilia is very responsive and i've never seen this level of excellent customer service before. She attends to your needs and manages the property very well. I am very happy here and i plan on staying here till i buy my house
