I've lived here for 17 months now and have been through about 5 manager changes
(I've lost count) since I've moved in. The first thing was they give us assigned parking in the lease, but come to find out it's not. Then they don't have enough gate remotes for everyone so people were getting locked out of the complex. When they did get in they would park in the main entrance causing people who lived in that part of the complex to not have a parking spot. They change the rules about many different things without notifying the residents. The police are an everyday sight here. Crime is higher here. The manager doesn't care about it. Forget about the pool. It's been down for at least 6 months now. Certain neighbors here just like to complain about stupid things and continuously pick on certain neighbors. They raised the rent to about $720 for a studio. I think that's ridiculous as small as the studios are here. It's something like 300 square feet. On trash day the place looks like a dump. People can't throw their garbage in the trash can. When we moved in I noticed the paint job on the cabinets was shotty and our garbage disposal didn't work because someone didn't know how to install it correctly to let the water flow. I honestly can't wait until my lease is up.
