The apartments are in great condition and close to many stores. All the included appliances are a definite perk (refridgerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave). The double-paned windows make for a quiet apartment, which is wonderful as the complex is located so close to the 60 and March AF Base. The central air was of great use, especially on those really hot summer days! They do allow pets and each apartment comes with a garage. Children are allowed to play in the tot lot only, which makes driving through the complex safer for the rest of us. The management is great and always there during posted hours. Maintenance responds quickly and is friendly as well. The big downfall is that you do have to pay for all utilities (figure about $40 for a 1/1 with one occupant). There is not much extra parking for your guests, but the complex is well lit if they have to walk to your apartment. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this complex.
