In my experience there are always two sides to every story. I live at Tuscany hills for over a year and have had no problems. Yes the staff has changed but for the better. There are more activities going on for the people who live here than there ever were before. The staff here I can say really care about their people and would do what ever it takes of course with in reach to take care of them. I happen to know each one of these residents and all that I could say is it is too bad that the staff can not comment on their behavior!

they proly live next to the manager lol what about all the towing, my car was towed even though i had my hazards on as intructed by the manager of the complex, not once, but twice.. then my neighbor was in the process of being towed and did not have her hazard lights on.. she called the manager and the manager told the tow truck driver not to tow her car.. the manager picks and chooses who she wants to help. How else can you explain a person who follows the lease terms she lets me be towed & does not get me my money back, then allows my neighbor to not be towed even though she was not following the lease terms, plus i hear the tow truck driver tell the manager that he had given that lady a chance already and didnt tow her last time, and the manager told him to take it down and not charge her. THAT IS DESCRIMINATION!! DONT MOVE HERE

I believe what you are doing is called "Slander" false accusations made out to one person and is probably reason to sue. Discrimination is a very harsh word, I would watch how you use it in the future! = )
