I lived in this horrible apartment establishment and ended up leaving due to poor management and maintenance staff and my childs safety and mine. Every request took more than two weeks to repair, I moved in a brand new apartment, which had no screens, chips in the tiled floors and a bathtub that leaked into the downstairs neighbors apartment. It took them a month to get the screens in and 3 weeks for everything else. Consequently this neighbor was completely verbally abusive and threatening. When I confronted mgmt about it, they promised to move me and my daughter immediately at my own cost, which i had no problem with. A month went by and the incidences increased and mgmt never responded to my cries for help. They completely blew me off. Also on several occassions, I saw hoodlums and heavy police activity inside the complex. If you have a family and need to live somewhere safe and want to know you can trust mgmt, DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! They are horrible!!!
