The apartments inside are okay you can tell they were poorly put together for example, ive been here over a year and they still havent put up my screen door that should have been on well before I moved in. I had a water leek in the air conditioner system and it soaked up the wall and carpet and all they did was fix a pipe that wasnt screwed in tight. So there was water damage that wasnt taken care of properly. I got my vehicle brooken into in the parking lot and they were suppose to have security cameras throughout the parking lot, but the office managment said that the cameras were not set up correctly and they had no sympathy for it. They are also suppose to have a night security guard, but I havent seen one in about 6 months. The trash can area is a disaster!!! There is trash always on the floor. The staff have bad communication skills because one says one thing and the other one says another thing.

I am a tenant of the Villas also. When you move in to the building that has been newly constructed there are unforseen issues beyond anyones control. That is why when you moved into the new construction side they had us fill out a waiver.I also had a problem with my screen door and it was addressed maybe you just need to go down and remind them. The trash yes that is a issue but you realy cant blame them they dont put the trash in the dumpsters the residents do .You need to blame the residnets there they are the true PIGS!!! I was told the cameras are surveillance cameras not security maybe you misunderstood. Well, the staff we all have our moments but over all I think they are doing the best they can. I have been in the office a few times and seen how some of these residents speak to them WOW all I can say is I wouldnt want there job. Maybe if you speak with one person in the office about an issue you should continue to speak with that person that way you will get the same thing every time. I will continue my residency at The Villas foe as long as they will let me.

you know the trash area is something they need to take care of because if they see that one dumpster isnt enough they should put another one next to it. Its not the tennants fault. What are they suppose to do, store trash in their apartments until the trash man comes and emptys the bin? And the cameras are surveilance just like u said to prevent what happened to me. I have never disrespected the staff and I dont plan on it and maybe I would talk to the same person each time if she was in there all of the time and regardless who I speak to it should be the same thing coming out of both of their mouths. And about the screen door issue its pointless, its jus gonna fall off again anyway.

The last responder on 08/17/07 must be management disguising themselves as a tenant or a close relative. Sounds a bit scripted to me. hmmmm! Stop trying to protect your skin and face the real issues of your establishment. Tenants are disgusted with the mess and afraid for their safety. It's time to for them to clean up their act.
