Worse place I ever lived

This is probably the worse place I ever lived in Southern California.
The Management is HORRENDOUS, the office is ALWAYS closed, and it takes a couple weeks to get something fixed if you put a work order in.
Some of the things that stand out as horrible:
- Garbage all over development
- Gang activity
- Rude management
- Constructed POORLY! Bathrooms; fixtures very cheap... MOLD everywhere, in the 2 apartments I lived in.
Bottom line, find another place to live. May be on the cheap side, but you definitely get LESS than you pay for.
