It all seemed very nice when we moved in. We got a nice promotional special on our rent, and one parking spot close to our apartment. But that's where the niceties end. The area itself is ghetto. People drive through the complex at 11:00pm at night bumping their car stereos, and I'm surprised that my car or apartment hasn't gotten broken into yet, because I never see the security guard. Maybe because when I do see him he is always on the phone with his girlfriend, or sleeping somewhere.

When we moved in, I had just had a baby, so it was a very stressful time for me. I was home alone all day with a kitchen sink that didn't work and the bathroom in my baby's room was destroyed by the plumbing from upstairs leaking down into our walls. there is no doubt going to be some sort of mold problem soon. They had to cut a big hole in the ceiling, and ripped out the drywall. but that only took about 1 1/2 months to finish. Also, the walls are so thin, we can hear everything our neighbors are doing. It's ridiculous to be woken up at 3 am because your upstairs neighbor gets up to use the bathroom.

The back gate that we use to enter the complex no longer opens for us. We made a deposit of $50.00 for 2 tiny little key faubs (SP') that no longer seem to work for some reason. So we have to drive through the front gate all the way around the complex just to get to our apartment.

And as for the big-breasted BITCHY girls in the office (Ashley is the ONLY nice one there that i have dealt with, God bless her heart), I have never been so angry at management before. i don't know who these chicks think they are, but they act extremely snobby. It's f^@*ing Moreno Valley, sweetie, not Beverly Hills. One of them even tried to blame my husband and I for when the back gate was broken (which has happened more than 5 times)!! It had been stuck half open for a week, and when i tried to exit, it slammed into the side of my car. When my husband called about it, she said, "Well if you guys... i mean, if people would stop breaking it...!" B!%ch.

i f*&#ing hate this place and the people that work there. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and i am EXTREMLY dissatisfied with everything about this place.
