1) Safety - We had only moved in for a couple days, when my husband told me that there were police cars at the corner of the complex by the Dracaea entrance. We think someone was shot. The gate to that entrance was constantly broken and left open. It was repaired a few times but that never lasted a full day. Supposedly there is night time security patrolling, but when we needed them they could not be found. We also had people climb onto our patio at night.

2) Parking - When we came home in the evening there was often someone parked in our assigned carport, because open parking was full too.

3) Noise - We could hear the people directly above us running across their unit. We could also hear their music, and their washer and dryer while trying to sleep. The neighbors were disrespectful. When asked to stop with the noise, our upstairs neighbors began to jump up and down letting us hear how little they cared that they were disturbing us.

4) Construction - When we moved in there were dead crickets in all of the light fixtures. The closets are so narrow you can't easily close the doors unless you push the hangers at an angle. The units do not seem to be well insulated.

5) Grounds/Maintenance - The grounds are are actually kept clean, and for the most part the complex is attractive from the outside. We asked maintenance to come by twice. They missed the appointment window the first time. The second time that came by and took care of the problem right away.

6) Staff - The only good thing we can say about this complex is that the staff was professional and courteous. They understood our concerns, and took us seriously. They did what was in their power to accommodate us. We really appreciated everything Ashley did for us.

7) Overall - We are glad to be out of there. We do not recommend this complex to anyone who expects the Luxury and Class it promotes. The have a lot of work to do to make it safe and comfortable.

We moved into the villas dec 2006 and moved out dec 2007, it was so nice at first, our apt was brand new, then it it started to get ghetto, thank god we only had a year lease. I ould never live in moreno valley or the Inland Empire ever again, I will stick to west San Fernando valley
