At first glance the complex seems great enough. Maybe it is because I didn't know the right questions to ask, but I learned much more about the location after moving in. 1 parking spot whether you have one or two cars, or one or two people in an apartment. seems odd. Minimal and I mean minimal parking for anyone but your one vehicle. Parking is guaranteed to be at least 100 ft. from your apartment. Community gates are broken more often than working. If you live on the south end of the complex there are no gates to walk through to get out, you must travel all the way around the pool to the front of the complex. isn't this against fire code' Outside of my huge frustration with the parking situation the management is decent enough, repairs are made if you take the time to tell them all the lights are not working in the parking lot. These I think would be standard safety issues that would be taken care of without resident complaints. The actual apartment that I am staying in is great. good space, quiet in general, and I never have issues with hearing neighbors. The grounds are kept clean as far as I can tell. If you ride a bike to work, this may be the perfect apartment for you. Just avoid like the plague if you have more than one vehicle or expect to have any visitors. Im exaggerating, but the parking is absolutely frustrating!
