When I first moved in The Villas had a great awesome staff!! There was a huge turnaround on staff, they all left. Since the new staff is there now, they are not helpful they are argumentive. I was made aware by the security that there was a stabbing, a rape, and robbery to be "aware" of my surroundings. I reported all of this the next day and all staff at the Villas DENIED all actions. They like to cover up among each other, that is why they fired the last (pregnant employeee) becuase she would not side with them. Furthermore, you break your lease for security purposes and they sued residents. Then they try to get you to pay for breaking your lease and charge for a FIREPLACE that none of these Apartments have LOL!!! You come to a better part of Mo Val and you get CRIME so you move to protect your family and you get grief from management. Then they give out nice T.V.'s to new residence and they deny that too. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live there I'd rather live in my car. Then the pool, yeah, they let kids in with scooters INSIDE the pool and all management does is give them a warning. The Gym equipment is always damaged, kids party there after hours as soon as the office closes the apartments are out of control. This is just a brief description what I went through. Will be in court very soon!! Looking forward to it.
