This apartment complex is shady alright!!! I lived there for just 1 year & I never saw that many police cars & helecoptors. Police officers blocked off the gates several times. A child was stabbed in the complex while kids were playing. That's not all!!! There were people who lived there longer than I did & they were paying $300-$400 more on the rent. There's broken glass everywhere including car ports. The gates were constantly being broken. There were strange people who did not live at the Villas digging through dumpsters without being stopped by management or security.

This place is a --------! I lived there for a year and I HATE IT!! The management is terrible. Yeah the place is shady and something is always broken (the gate, pool, hot tub, outdoor lighting, fire alarm, theater room, hallway lighting, ect,..) When I first viewed the apartment they showed this beautiful apartment with all these great ammenities, but then the apatment that was available was nothing like what was showed to me. It had a different floor plan, carpet, bathroom and kithen flooring, and the kithen appliciances are totally different as well. There is no microwave either in the basic version. The upgraded version costs $75.00 more a month and the rent is rediculously high! The place is crawling with criminals and roaches. Not to mention the grounds are never clean except in the front where they show the upgraded model apartments. They have a DVD library and theater room but it is always broken or unavailable. They have a computer center but often only one of the computers links to the internet, and you can only use it for 30 minutes because in the past some of the young or unemployed residents would stay on it all day on chat lines or downloading porn. This past year there have been several managers and this last one (Larry)is a real jerk.
