I moved here never having lived in an apartment before. All in all it wasn't too bad considering it is Moreno Valley and a large apartment complex. The amenities were pretty nice, I never had any security problems, and never had a problem with maintenance taking forever to fix something. I thought the pool area and work out room was nice overall (although I was the TV's were broken less)
But you have to realize the people that live in apartments. You are going to have 8 people in a 2 bedroom with kids everywhere...its just gonna happen. The parking was horrendous however! That situation needs to be fixed.
My main complaint is the way they handle move outs. While living there I added ceiling fans and a nice two tone paint. I meticulously cleaned my apartment when I moved out. Still somehow I got charged for cleaning and they charged me to paint and take down the ceiling fans. Seems strange as the fans and piant should have fetched them more when they rented again, but whatever.
Overall I would recommend with the understanding that it is an apt complex and you cant expect the Rtiz Carlton.
