We have live here 2 years now and it is sad to say how bad it has become. At first it was an ok place considering it is Moreno Valley. The staff was not that great before, but Sept 08 when new management took over it has become even worse. They are rude and very unprofessional to say the least. We no longer even go in the office as that would mean that we would have to talk to the staff.
It is embarrassing to have visitors over as they may see how dirty the ground is surrounding the stairs and up the stairs is. We take pride in our home and then you look around and others do not care at all. There is trash over flowing in the dumpsters, people just throw trash all over the ground and nobody monitors this area at all.
Very small kids run wild through the parking lot, little tiny ones, unsupervised. It is only a matter of time and one of them will be hit, then someone will wake up!The people who live here and their guests drive extremely fast and reckless through the parking areas.
Where is the security, I ask' There should be someone sitting at the gates to monitor the activity coming in and out. All kinds of people are coming in without gate passes all hours of the night. You can no longer even take a walk at night as a female or go to the pool without being afraid of some sort of problem. We have not been to the pool since 07 because of all the unsupervised children and house guests, not to mention the people from surrounding track homes who just walk in the broken gate with their towel to go for an nice swim in our pool. We pay for the pool and cannot even enjoy it any longer.
We would not recommend this place to anyone who has any pride at all.

Truer words have never been spoken. This place is a total dump and management are liars. There are nothing but gang members and drug dealers here who hang out all night all. Kids use the sidewalk and carports as a skate park and climb on peoples cars. You cant sleep at night because of all the music, parties, people hanging out and traffic in and out all night long. And this is on weekdays, dont even talk about the weekends. There are abandoned cars all over the place and absolutly NO parking. Management does not care about the residents and they are very unprofessional. It is a shame beacuse it really could be a nice place if they would stop letting KNOWN thugs and the unemployed drugs dealers take over the complex. IT IS NOT SAFE HERE.
