I had a six month lease at Vista Springs. Overall the place was wonderful. Extremely peaceful, top notch security, and a friendly staff. However, for a 2 bdrm, 2 bath, the rent was 1035, and and the end of our lease if we chose to extend it, the rent was going to go up. The amenities are wonderful. It comes with a washer and dryer inside the apartment, when I was there, I rented a fridge for $35 a month, the only utility you pay is electric(everything in the apartment is electric), and cable if you opt. Other than that, its a great place to stay.
