Well let's start with the area, it's not as safe as it seems. My car got broken into twice, and I know there were alot of my neighbors with the same problem. Don't let the "gate" fool you. You're allowed to have dogs, but if they bark once during the day, watch out! But if you're a bunch of people who want to have a party until 3 in the morning, go for it as long as you're friends with the managers and let them know you're having it ahead of time. 6 months felt too long here. but hey, apparently I am the minority.
