Cheap for the area, for a reason

Vista Springs changed hands in June of 2006 and the new owners have filed papers to convert to condos. Current residents received letters telling them they may have to move out or buy. Your stay here could come to a quick end, as there's no way you'd want to buy an apartment here. Cars are often broken into at night. There is not enough parking and it's not unusual to find yourself boxed in by double parked cars or that someone took your assigned spot. An older complex the cable for TV doesn't work in all apartments, many people have to use satellite dishes. No DSL in the area either. Oh and the freeway on ramps on both sides of the apartment are being worked on leading to horrible traffic congestions in the mornings. You might want to look elsewhere. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I live at Vista Springs and nobody has told me to move out or told me to buy anything. I did however recieve papers saying that they are considering condo conversion for Vista Springs. As for my stay coming to a "quick end" that's funny because I just renewed for 18 months. I chose to renew because I finally saw management clearing out the riff raff. Previous management seemed to have some sort of quota or something being that she moved everything with a pulse in. In short I like where I live.....at Vista Springs. I've referred friends and my aunt to live here and for the price we believe its a good deal. No where is perfect and no one can ever guarntee your saftey. My suggestion is that you be smart, be aware of your surroundings and do your own research. If you go down to City Hall you can find out for yourself that a condo conversion hasn't even been approved and if approved it could still take a while before any of us are affected by it. I wouldn't have referred my own family here if I believed it was anything other than a nice place to live.

You must be the management because you refute everyones claims, so do you work there is that your deal I dont see how new management is better although the old management did have a class action suit, at least they handled stuff.
