I've read some of the other reviews and I think it is unfortunate that some people have had a bad experience here. I personally like it. I do understand the complaints about the previous management. She did party with the people that lived here. She did let in a lot of riff raff. She was a very nice person and I never had a problem with her but I know that some other people did and who knows what the real story was there anyways. There is always 2 sides to a story. Anyhow, Overall I've been very happy here. I've referred 2 friends that ended up moving in and my aunt. It is convenient to my work and it is a good price for a nice community. Ideally I'd like to buy a house but until I can afford that I'll be here. Better to let me spend my money on me and not giving it ALL to some landlord. I know there are a lot of newer options in our area but for me.... the area is what it is why would I pay so much more for newer paint and smaller trees. Vista Springs is very homey and comfortable for me. I can pay my rent without stress and spend the money I'm saving on me and the fun things I like to do. Anyway, Vista Springs feels like a little community to me and my family and friends. It doesn't feel like some mass produced student housing compound..it you know what I mean. Well, like I said I like living at Vista Springs and I'm going to stay.
