I moved out of the ghetto to get away from all the drinking and loud noise at night. Unfortunately, I thought that this place will provide me such service. But it doesn't! My downstaire neighbor fights almost every night and yelling and screaming in the middle of the night. If they aren't fighting they would turn the tv or radio on very loud into the night until two in morning. Oh, and the generator downstaire for the air conditioners are so noisy that just add on to the noise of the people downstaire. Man, I can't wait until my least is up and I just placed my thirty notice because it's very noisy. I called the security patrols on many occasions but nothing was done. At one night I even called the moreno valley polices to come out for noise level and the threats that was made downstaires. the man told the woman that he was fighting with (Couples of course) that he was going to shoot her and killed her. I even had it on tape, and the moreno vally police didn't do a dam thing about it. I gave up and decided that I should move when my least is up. I hate it here and do not recomd. anyone for this crappy place. the only good thing is that the mantience people are very nice and they are prompt. Many reviews are right...it's from the upper level.
