We lived there for almost a year and it was the longest, worst year of our lives. We found out shortly after the birth of our baby that there are 2 known sex offenders living in the complex. One is convicted of molesting childern and one is comvicted of raping women and attempted strangulation. The rapist came to my door step after an argument with my husband. The neighbors are loud, rude, ghetto, and talk very poorly to their childern. The loud music coming from cars late at night gets old. The place is over-run by ants. The security....haha what security!!! The gates in the front are almost ALWAYS left wide open. The place is pitch black at night. There are often cars broken into. There are fights all the time. The management is a joke. Forget contacting the corporate office! We lived right next door to people who came out on the porch EVERY night to smoke weed. We had neighbors coming up our stairs to peep into our windows at 2am. I was home with our new baby by myself and was surprised to find 7 men on my porch trying to break in. When I looked out the window I was shocked to see one of them pull his shirt up to show me his gun as he was yelling....IM GOING TO KILL YOU. The quality of the remodeled units is VERY poor. The so called crown molding above the windows is held by magnets. The electric bill seems to be high even after to are in the pitch black all the time. The poor tends to go out alot. The play yard is very unsafe with old equipment. You often find kids from other areas sneaking into the pool. The gym equipment is a joke and not properly put together. Our so called washer broke twice and the first time sat for a month or more without repair forcing us to go to the local laundrymat. The parking is a joke. Please for the sake of your childern and for the sake of your sanity stay far away.
