I've lived here for two years and I'll be moving in June because I got a new job in Victorville, otherwise I might have stayed here longer. The rent is right in the middle as far as price for the area. It's cheaper than all of the brand new apartments, but more than all the really ghetto ones.

Pros:
- The living rooms are really big.
- There is a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen.
- Every unit has a big patio, I really enjoyed mine.
- TONS of parking (each unit also has an assigned spot)
- Lots of counter space in the kitchen.

Cons:
- Not the safest area ever. In the time I have lived here the mail boxes have been broken into once, my boyfriend's gas was siphoned out of his car, I woke up to see 4 cops with their guns drawn on a vehicle just in front of my apartment, and recently someone was handcuffed against a police car just in front of my apartment.
- NOT GATED! They are currently putting up fence posts, but as of now it's not gated and the "gate" at the entrance has been broken and open a lot and any card can be inserted into the slot to open the gate.
- Two of the three windows that open are on the patio, which anyone has access to. So if you want some cool air at night you have to risk someone slashing your screens and entering your apartment. One of the windows is within arms length of the lock on the door so they wouldn't even have to go through the window to get in if they sliced open the screen.
- Bathrooms are very small.
- No drawers in the bathroom! Just a medicine cabinet, and one cupboard.
- Hot water is really inconsistent here (or at least for the past 6 months it has been). Some days it takes 10 minutes to get hot, some days it's instant and you can't get it cool enough to get in the shower.
- Washer/dryer are NOT full-sized.
- Closet in living room doesn't have any lighting or electric plugs in it so it's really hard to see into it when it's dark. Also no shelves, it's essentially an abyss.
