The current management running the apartments has a record of constant tenant harassment, Towing of visiting family vehicles, Countless routine unit inspections annually, eviction of tenants and occupying units with her personal relatives AKA (Nepotism). I personally know minimum of five different families that are related to the manager and I heard there are more but I don t want to speculate. In fact, the new assistant manager whom is a sibling of hers was recently hired and coincidently lives at Murphy Ranch. The city of Morgan Hill and its Murphy Ranch community should strongly advise the property owners of Murphy Ranch that tyrants are unwelcome in this community. In my opinion Melissa (Murphy Ranch Hitler Manager ) uses extreme and excessive power with the tenants causing them stress, anxiety and worries. I feel bad for the alder or people with low stress tolerances who have to worry about her day to day bull ----! I recommend looking else were to live rather then this concentration camp.

I totally agree with you. I was probably one of the first she evicted. I will admit that I was behind in rent (less than 1/2 of a month) and the previous manager let me make extra payments every month to get caught up. The minute Melissa started, I was out. Stop by #91 and see who that relative is - it could even be her.

I agree with the whole Natzi camp thing. I've lived there for quite a while and have never been late on my rent or casued any problems but that has not stopped Melisa from acting like a controling -----. She walks around with her 500 pound husband harrasing tenants making it a very unconfortable place to live. The sad thing is that on many occations I have witnessed her mistreat, harras and even threaten tenants that are her own kind(Mexican) and she always targets the below income families. I dont know if that makes her feel better about herself nor do I care, I just hope that the investors find a diffrent property management co. all together since Solori property management seems to apploud her behavior.
