pretty good place to live overall - I don´t remember the deposit, but the rent is right. Just what I was looking for - If you're looking for a studio that's clean and friendly then this is the right place. Nothing fancy. Storage and closet space is definitely inadequate so you'll have to be creative with your stuff. And the people that live there are actually friendly.
