Ambassador Royal Apartments

Painful Experience, Greedy Mgmt From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   ITS A RIP OFF!! When I moved out from the apartment after six months lease, they took $960 out of my $1600 deposit, which included charges for NEW PAINT and CARPET! For gods sake I had only lived there for six months, spending only evenings and weekends there, and I dont even cook! Overall I kept the place decently clean. I thought about bringing them to the small claim court, but the thought of having to go through the process and deal with the mean management just made me sick. This was my first, yet painful apartment renting experience. I wished I had known of aptrenting.com before I rented from this place. I would not recommend anyone to rent from the Ambassador Royal Apartments. Stay away from these greedy people for your own good.
