I stayed here for 3 months in summer 2006 with a housemate (we both had internships in the area). Our apartment was big (though we paid for it), clean, and included a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc. The manager who helped us move in was *incredibly* helpful and nice, and worked with us to get some cheap rented furniture, donated some cooking utensils, and in general was a great help. Parking wasn't an issue.
The (small) on-site gym and rec rooms started being renovated while we were there, but I suspect they are probably finished, or will be soon. The on-site pool was well done and inviting.
However, the management of this place changes very frequently, it seems. By the time we left there was a new manager. During the few interactions we had with her, she also seemed nice and respectable. ... By the time you move in, the management might have changed again, so definitely take that into account. Also, with the change of management came a few potentially unpleasant changes, such as them charging for parking and a rate increase for short-term leases. However, as we were nearly ready to move out, the manager waved these for us.
One caveat: We were promised the entirety of our security deposit back, but have yet to receive it. This is commonly a problem all over, as people just tell you they "forget". By law, your security deposit needs to be dealt with within 30 days of moving out, so make sure to bug them, and bug often! I am in the process of doing this right now, and hope that it works out...
