The complex is nicely built, great swimming pool, nice park and pond etc.

The problem is- management. Whenever you try to arrange something with them, be something that needs to be fixed, question regarding your contract or rent, booking the complimentary community room, etc.. They will NEVER get back to you as they promise. The first answer usually is 'that person is not here today, but will call you back soon'. This of course will never happen. Then you call back a couple of times, and when you finally get a hold of 'that one person that is needed to fix exactly this problem' they will come up with some excuses/explanations that don't help. If you are really persistent, you may get your problem fixed/question answered after couple of months.

Oh by the way when you take a tour there things look great but... for example:
- three swimming pools. (looks nice but note that two of them are never heated and are freezing cold)
- community room that can be booked 'free of carge' for birthdays, baby showers etc... (they won't let you book it, see above)
- steam room/sauna (is nice if it works, unfortunatly last winter was out of service for 5 months due to 'missing part, on order'
- storage included (just be aware that break-ins and burglary are common in the storgage areas due to lack of security)
- parking garage (note that there have been many incidents of vandalism and car break-ins because there is no security patrol)

...and so on.

Bottom line: don't move here, management sucks super-big time. They are completely useless.
