management can't solve problems, can't call you back

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
They don't care if you are requesting something, or asking them to fix the problems. Manager never reply to you. We tried to bug them so many times (calling, stopping by the office) and ask politely to call us back. She's never done so. There is a swimming pool supposed to be fixed long time ago. It was closed almost 1 year. The only cable, TVMAX, inclucing service and quality, is really bad. Apartment walls are thin, you can hear noises from neighbors.
