I've only lived here for half a year but have always had a good experience with the current management. The maintainence crew is very prompt normally fixing any problem within a day. The office staff is always professional and helpful. The apartment itself is in pretty good shape; even though its 20 years old with the refinishing it went through before I moved in it seems almost like a brand new place. My only real complaint is that the old management signed a contract with TV-Max as their cable provider which has carried over to the new management. I have many complaints about that company from my experience of trying to get digital cable installed. However, the current management has be responsive to these problems and have done all they can to encourage us to complain so as to help void the contract with TV-Max.
