Used to be good ... Very very poorly maintained at present ..... Do your homework

It used to be a very nice place, and
that?s why I liked it and lived there
for a while.
It used to be very well maintained.
However, in the last couple of years,
management has become quite dysfunctional.
I think the yuppie generation took over, and
they don?t know how to run a place. Just
make sure you talk to people who live there,
not just the management. Look under the hood.
If you want proof, just check the elevator
maintenance log in their buildings. It
breaks everday. I once got stuck for few
minutes and was lucky to get out. Management
has done nothing about it. It?s been that
way since 2000, and I hear that is still the
case.
In one of the earlier posts, someone
commented about the poor cable service
through TVMAX. Guess what' It used to be
Optel (bought out by TVMAX), and they
sucked. Mgmt used to say that they can?t
do anything about it because they signed
a contract. After experiencing lousy
cable service for several years, management
still went ahead and signed a new contract
with the same company couple of years ago.
Sounds dysfunctional to me. It still sucks
today.
If you want more proof, just go to the Gym. Steam room has been broken for 4 months, and
I hear it is still broken.
Management has been good at taking care of
the outside stuff, but you have to live there
for a couple of days before you realize all
the issues. If you are looking to move in,
make sure you talk to a few that live in the
building you are looking to move into.
Goodluck!
